Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Advi, provided by Advi, LLC (“Advi,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Advi, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Advi is

Advi combines personal finance management with banking. The app scores your financial health, coaches you to improve it, and offers deposit and payment products whose rates and rewards are powered by your score.

Advi is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by our banking partner, Member FDIC. Deposit accounts are held at our banking partner, and FDIC insurance applies to deposit accounts only, up to applicable limits.

2. Your accounts

• Deposit accounts are governed by the account agreement provided by our banking partner at account opening, in addition to these Terms
• You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to open an account
• Identity verification is required by federal law before an account can be opened
• Keep your credentials secure; tell us promptly at support@advi.ai if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Electronic fund transfers

Transfers, deposits, and card transactions are subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer disclosures provided with your account agreement, including error-resolution rights and timelines. Report suspected errors promptly through the app or at support@advi.ai.

4. Scores and coaching are not financial advice

Your Advi Score, insights, and coaching content are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Coaching content may be generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

5. Connected external accounts

Advi uses Plaid Inc. to connect accounts you hold at other institutions. By connecting an account you authorize Advi and Plaid to access and retrieve your account information on your behalf and agree to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Advi for unlawful purposes, access another user’s account or data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the software.

7. Intellectual property

Advi and its content, design, scoring methodology, and software are owned by Advi, LLC. Your financial data remains yours; you grant Advi a limited license to process it to provide the service described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

ADVI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVI, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ADVI. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT AGREEMENT OR APPLICABLE BANKING REGULATIONS.

9. Termination

You may close your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms or as required by our banking partner or applicable law.

10. Governing law; changes; contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you before they take effect. Questions: support@advi.ai.
